- About this agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you, may referred to as (You, Your, user, Account Administrator, organization, or business representative) and Frost.com.sa may referred to as (Frost, Frost.com.sa, we, us, our). When you use our Services, you agree to all our terms. Your use of our Services is also subject Privacy Policy which explains how we collect and use personal information.
When you register and join Frost Services, you become a member and an account administrator. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain content as a Visitor.
It’s important to note that while the organization representative serves as the account administrator, both the account administrator and the organization collectively assume responsibility for adhering to our terms of use, policies, and other contractual agreements. We encourage open communication, ethical use, and a commitment to the highest standards of conduct within our community. Thus, Actions taken by the account administrator on behalf of the organization, such as content creation, account settings, and interaction with other users, are considered actions authorized by the organization itself.
By clicking “Create Account”, “Sign Up” or similar registering phrases, and by accessing, or using our services, you are agreeing to enter into legally binding terms with Frost knowing you are using our services as a representative of an organization or business. If you do not have such an authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this Agreement and shall not use our services.
- Registration and Service Eligibility
Minimum age: You must be 18 years or older.
Represent an official organization or a business that is Authorized to formally operate and offer services: Each account administrator shall manage an organization or business page that is administered by one authorised representative that is you. Knowing that an organization can create more than an account that is managed by one representative.
- The Account
As an account administrator, at the same time, as an organization or business representative. You agree to:
(a) confirm the accuracy and the truthfulness of the information you enter in the registration form, your profile, and the content you post and contribute with.
(b) use a strong password and keep it confidential, as you are the only otherized person to use this account
(C) Follow the law, regulations and official otherizations instructions as You are accountable for all actions taken through your account.
Frost reserves the right to suspend any account that doesn’t comply with any term in this user agreement.
- The Content
It is the account administrator’s responsibility to comply with laws, rules, regulations and the terms of this agreement. You are responsible for the content you generate, post, or share on this platform. This includes but is not limited to, documents, text, images, videos, and any other form of user-generated content. You should only provide content that is reliable, and that you are authorized to share.
You are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying the accuracy, reliability, and legality of exported content before relying on it for any purpose.
Users grant Frost, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and distribute the content generated by users solely to provide and improve the platform’s services.
Users acknowledge that their content is shared with third parties mainly other members within the platform as part of Frost’s platform functionalities.
Upon account deletion or termination, Frost will make reasonable efforts to remove exported content from its active systems. However, users understand that residual copies of their content may remain in backup archives for a limited period.
We reserve the right to remove any content or post that violates the User Agreement, including, for example, misleading, untruthful, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict user-generated content that violates our community guidelines, terms of use, or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove or disable user-generated content that violates our community guidelines, terms of service, or applicable laws. Users found violating these policies may face consequences, including content removal and account suspension.
Content that gets reported by other members might be automatically hidden by the system and reviewed by Frost’s staff members and thus might be permanently hidden from the platform.
- Intellectual Property
Frost is committed to respecting and protecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from the users on this platform. You agree that you will not be transmitting content that infringes copyrights or using trademarks without proper authorization. When accessing or using the Services, you agree that you are responsible for ensuring your use, content and participation adhere to intellectual property, copyright, patent, and trademark laws. Frost will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement, investigating and taking appropriate actions, including content removal and account suspension when necessary.
You may generate and share content, including but not limited to text, images, and multimedia. You retain ownership of the content you create Using Frost.
- Professional networking Platform
As this a professional networking platform, we expect all members including you to comply with the professional ethics and codes, and, although that cannot be fully guaranteed by our side, we are keen to maintain a professional atmosphere.
- Payment
By subscribing to a membership plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees by one of the following payment options.
PayPal: To operate transactions safely and securely between you and Frost, we use PayPal as an authorized third-party payment processor, PayPal, to facilitate memberships and service fee payment transactions online. We don’t access or store payment information like credit card or bank information on our system, however, such sensitive financial details are only stored by the payment facilitators.
Thus, Frost shall not be responsible for any or all errors related to payment processing, additional fees and disputes that might be encountered by the mentioned payment operator which might impact your membership status. Please refer to the terms of the services by PayPal.
Bank Transfer: your subscription will be activated upon receiving the subscription fees via our dedicated bank account. Make sure to use the reference number issued upon selecting a bank transfer. This reference number can be found in the membership information page under the user’s profile.
- Refund Policy
All payments made for the services are non-refundable even in the event of modifications of the service features unless it is required by law or there is a legal requirement to do so. The service/ subscription fees are payable whether you make use of the services to not. Subscription processed by PayPal renews automatically with a new period unless you cancel your subscription. If you no longer wish to renew your subscription, please make sure to cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the new period. Members can cancel their subscriptions at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Pricing and subscriptions
Frost reserves the right to modify or introduce new subscription plans, promotions, free trials, and pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform.
- Disclaimer and Limit of Liability
Frost makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the platform or user-generated content for any particular purpose. You acknowledge and agree that the use of Frost and its services, including any exported content, is undertaken at your own risk.
You agree that we do not endorse, promote or support any content on Frost. Frost makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any user-generated content. The inclusion of any content on Frost.com.sa does not constitute an endorsement by Frost Users should exercise their own judgment and discretion when interacting with or relying on user-generated content.
All Content is the responsibility of the person who originated such Content. We may not be able to fully monitor or control the Content posted via the Services and, we cannot take responsibility for any Content outcome. You are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying the accuracy, reliability, and legality of exported content before relying on it for any purpose.
We don’t process financial transactions on behalf of other parties or do any brokerage services. We don’t ask you to pay fees other than subscription fees identified on the subscription page. Contact our support team in case of any suspicious communication made using our name.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the export of content complies with applicable laws and regulations. Frost is not responsible for the use or misuse of exported content by users or third parties.
You agree that Frost’s services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Frost makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You understand that the use of Frost may be subject to interruption, errors, or delays. Frost disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Frost, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of Frost.
- Limitation of Direct Damages
In no event shall Frost, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Frost. Direct damages include but are not limited to, any loss or damage in connection with data loss, interruption of business, or any other financial or tangible loss.
Frost shall not be liable for any direct damages, regardless of the cause of action or legal theory.
The total liability of Frost for direct damages is 300 SAR and shall not exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, for accessing or using during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- General:
We may update and modify these terms and our Privacy Policy as the need may appear and as the law may require with no prior notification. If we make changes to these terms, we will publish that through our website, or/and notify you via your registered email. If you object to any changes, you may cancel your membership. Your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these terms means that you agree to the updated terms as of their effective date.

التسجيل وأهلية الخدمة

الحساب
بصفتك مسؤول حساب وفي نفس الوقت ممثل منظمة أو شركة، فإنك توافق على
أ- تأكيد دقة وصدق المعلومات التي تدخلها في نموذج التسجيل وملفك الشخصي والمحتوى الذي تنشره وتساهم به
(ب) ب- استخدام كلمة مرور قوية والحفاظ عليها سرية، حيث أنك الشخص الوحيد الذي يستخدم هذا الحساب
ج- اتباع القانون واللوائح وتعليمات الخصوصية الرسمية حيث أنك مسؤول عن جميع الإجراءات التي يتم اتخاذها من خلال حسابك
تحتفظ فروست بالحق في تعليق أي حساب لا يتوافق مع أي بند من بنود اتفاقية المستخدم هذه
المحتوى
يقع على عاتق مسؤول الحساب مسؤولية الامتثال للقوانين والقواعد واللوائح وشروط هذه الاتفاقية. أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي تنشئه أو تنشره أو تشاركه على هذه المنصة. ويشمل ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، المستندات والنصوص والصور ومقاطع الفيديو وأي شكل آخر من أشكال المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم. يجب عليك توفير المحتوى الموثوق به والمصرح لك بمشاركته فقط

عند حذف الحساب أو إنهائه، ستبذل فروست جهودًا معقولة لإزالة المحتوى المُصدَّر من أنظمتها النشطة. ومع ذلك، يفهم المستخدمون أن النسخ المتبقية من المحتوى الخاص بهم قد تظل في أرشيفات النسخ الاحتياطي لفترة محدودة

سياسة الاسترداد
لا يمكن استرداد أي مدفوعات يتم إجراؤها مقابل الخدمات حتى في حالة تعديل ميزات الخدمة ما لم يكن ذلك مطلوبًا بموجب القانون أو كان هناك متطلب قانوني للقيام بذلك. يتم دفع رسوم الخدمة/الاشتراك سواء كنت تستخدم أو استفدت من الخدمات أم لا. يتم تجديد الاشتراك الذي تتم معالجته بواسطة (باي بال) تلقائيًا بفترة جديدة ما لم تقم بإلغاء اشتراكك. إذا لم تعد ترغب في تجديد اشتراكك، فيرجى التأكد من إلغاء اشتراكك قبل نهاية فترة الاشتراك الحالية لتجنب فرض رسوم على الفترة الجديدة. يمكن للأعضاء إلغاء اشتراكاتهم في أي وقت، وسيصبح الإلغاء ساريًا في نهاية دورة الفوترة الحالية
التسعير والاشتراكات
تحتفظ فروست بالحق في تعديل أو تقديم خطط اشتراك وعروض ترويجية وإصدارات تجريبية مجانية وتسعير جديدة في أي وقت. وستتم مشاركة التغييرات معك من خلال المنصة أو البريد الالكتروني
إخلاء المسؤولية والمسؤولية المحدودة
لا تقدم فروست أي ضمانات فيما يتعلق بدقة أو اكتمال أو ملاءمة المنصة أو المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم لغرض معين. أنت تقر وتوافق على أن استخدام فروست وخدماتها، بما في ذلك أي محتوى مُصدَّر، يتم على مسؤوليتك الخاصة
أنت توافق على أننا لا نؤيد أو نروج أو ندعم أي محتوى على فروست. لا تقدم فروست أي إقرارات أو ضمانات فيما يتعلق بجودة أو دقة أو موثوقية أي محتوى ينشئه المستخدم. لا يشكل تضمين أي محتوى على فروست تأييدًا من فروست. يجب على المستخدمين ممارسة حكمهم وتقديرهم الخاص عند التفاعل مع المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم أو الاعتماد عليه

يتحمل المستخدمون وحدهم مسؤولية ضمان امتثال تصدير المحتوى للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها. لا تتحمل فروست مسؤولية استخدام أو إساءة استخدام المحتوى المُصدَّر من قبل المستخدمين أو الأطراف الثالثة
أنت توافق على أن خدمات فروست تُقدم “كما هي” و”كما تتوفر”. لا تقدم فروست أي ضمان بأن الخدمات ستكون دون انقطاع أو في الوقت المناسب أو آمنة أو خالية من الأخطاء كما هو الحال مع معظم المنصات. أنت تفهم أن استخدام فروست قد يكون عرضة للانقطاع أو الأخطاء أو التأخير. لا تقدم فروست أي ضمانات، سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية أو قانونية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر أي ضمانات للدقة وعدم الانتهاك وقابلية التسويق والملاءمة لغرض معين
لا تتحمل شركة فروست والشركات التابعة لها ومسؤوليها وموظفيها ووكلائها المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية ناشئة عن أو تتعلق باستخدام فروست
حدود الأضرار المباشرة
لا تتحمل فروست أو الشركات التابعة لها أو مسؤوليها أو موظفيها أو وكلائها في أي حال من الأحوال المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة ناجمة عن أو فيما يتعلق باستخدام فروست. تشمل الأضرار المباشرة، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، أي خسارة أو ضرر فيما يتعلق بفقدان البيانات أو انقطاع العمل أو أي خسارة مالية أو مادية أخرى
لن تكون فروست مسؤولة عن أي أضرار مباشرة، بغض النظر عن سبب الدعوى أو النظرية القانونية
تبلغ المسؤولية الإجمالية لفروست عن الأضرار المباشرة 300 ريال سعودي ولا تتجاوز المبلغ الذي دفعه المستخدم، إن وجد، مقابل الوصول أو الاستخدام خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للحدث الذي أدى إلى المطالبة
عام
قد نقوم بتحديث وتعديل هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا حسب الحاجة وبما يقتضيه القانون دون إشعار مسبق. إذا أجرينا تغييرات على هذه الشروط، فسننشر ذلك من خلال موقعنا الإلكتروني، أو/و سنخطرك عبر بريدك الإلكتروني المسجل. إذا اعترضت على أي تغييرات، فيمكنك إلغاء عضويتك. إن استمرارك في استخدام خدماتنا بعد نشر أو إرسال إشعار بشأن تغييراتنا على هذه الشروط يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدثة اعتبارًا من تاريخ سريانها
