You have the right to manage the visibility of certain profile elements. However, please note that for system integrity reasons, certain information, including the Organization Name, Account Administrator Name, and Username, may have restricted visibility settings.
Deletion of Data:
Users can request the deletion of their data, subject to the terms outlined in the “Data Retention” section.
- Data Retention
We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we generally maintain user data for the duration of their membership or as long as their account is active. Users have the right to request the deletion of their data from our systems. Upon receiving a direct request for deletion, we will promptly and securely delete the user’s information, except where retention is necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.
