Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team and act as the voice of our platform. You’ll be the go-to person for our users, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is smooth and supportive.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of customer support or service experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM and support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot).
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software platforms and internal processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of B2B platforms, digital tools, or business networking is a strong advantage.
- Saudi National is a must.
